Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago is a Pirate game from Osprey Games may be a fit for you. The system is "minis agnostic" (though any game is minis agnostic if you want it to be), it uses a D20 standard across all rolls, supports a crew of ten models usually, and the Captains have fun powers. Also has fun interactions on the board with possible random critters that could turn a game in interesting ways.

Sword Weirdos is worth a look. The makers of Blood and Plunder just finished a KS for a skirmish version called Port Royal.

I would love to see a tutorial on the NMM kit, I keep looking at it but don't feel brave enough to try it. Keep doing the videos I really enjoy them.

58 yrs old today - been doing Warhammer since day 1..... 1978 ( damn 46 yrs ) with about 15 yr break in the middle. Now I have Arthritis but still continue to build & paint MINIS ( but on a smaller scale now 1 box every 2 - 3 wks instead of 2 a week ) Damn that price as gone up 3 sets with 5 new paints £120 gone...... Never give up ......

I'd use these for D&D. I don't know if you are into that but they are perfect for a pirate setting, campaign.

These are great minis! you could use these to play Age of Fantasy: Skirmish, Human Empire from one page rules

I think exploring other games is a great idea and I'm sure there will be something else to use the pirates for. There is another option as you have started your own terrain company, why not come up with your own miniature agnostic game?

There's a pirate game called Blood and Thunder I believe, you might be able to use these there.

I don’t know how kit bash friendly the models are, but a cyborg crew of rouge mechanicus void shippers would really pop my fizz.

There's always the Warhammer Fantasy Pirates of Sartosa, those I suppose that doesn't help with figuring out how to run them.

I haven’t played it myself but I hear ghost archipelago is good. You could also use them for something that’s more of a skirmish level RPG like frostgrave

No wonder this took 2 weeks to get out, you had to watch all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies! Also, I never knew that I could just put two wet paints on something, and smush them together, if I wanted 2 wet paints to smush together.... The more you know! ;)
